Do you take insurance?
At this time we accept Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, United, and Oxford through our insurance biller, Headway. We also accept cash pay for 53 minute sessions at $125 and offer a sliding scale fee for 45 minute sessions at $100. We accept all major credit cards as well as HRA, FSA, and HSA accounts.
How long does each therapy session take?
Therapy is typically set for 53 minute sessions. If you would like a longer session that can be arranged.
What theories do you practice?
The basis of our practice is built on client centered eclectic approach. This allows the therapeutic relationship to be the basis for growth while giving the therapist the ability to customize treatments. Some of the modalities used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Informed, Mindfulness, and more.
